Hi Ed,

I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how pleased I am with my new fence. Your company is truly one of the nicest, most professional, true-to-their-word, quality-oriented companies I have ever worked with.

Working with you on the design was a pleasure. You really took your time to explain options and really make me understand how it would look. I never felt like you were ‘rushing’ to finish up so you could get to the next customer. I truly appreciate how quickly you were able to schedule me in. My dog is so active, and not having a fenced in yard for her to work off her energy was really stressing me out. Thanks to your diligence, she was only a week in our new home without a fence!

The guys who installed the fence were so polite, totally professional, and were concerned the entire time that I was pleased with how it looked. When I pointed out a few things that were incorrect, or that I was unsure of, they were attentive and addressed my concerns right away.

They had to come back a couple of times to install the gates and fix a couple of things, and I was always called ahead of time to let me know they’d be by the next day. Dan made sure I was updated on when things would be done, which was so helpful.

I can’t think of one way this could have been a better experience. People are always so quick to complain when things are not right, but seldom take the time to offer praise when praise is due. Please extend my thanks to Dan, and to the guys who installed the fence. You can be certain that I will recommend Mr. Fence to friends without hesitation! And someday, I’d love to do vinyl railings on my farmer’s porch, and you can be sure I’ll be calling Mr. Fence to do the job.

Jeff from Medway, MA was so pleased with our services he posted this review  on Angies' List and forwarded  a copy too.

Installed vinyl plus chain link fencing in our large backyard. Company had to do some clearing of overgrown brush to get fence through wooded area. They went above and beyond making the chain link fence blend into wooded background.

Mr. Fence personnel worked with us to get the best layout, choose best material for the fence. When they started to install the fence based on the initial plan as opposed to the final plan they stopped, filled in post holes, and relayed out the plan. They worked hard, finished on time.

To Whom It May Concern:

I would just like to tell you what a wonderful young man you have working for you. The first time Mauro spoke to my boyfriend he liked him right away. I needed some convincing of which kind of fence to go with for my pool area so Mauro came to the house a second time this past Monday. He was not only willing to listen to my indecisions about the fence I thought I wanted but gave me what I needed to know about the fence we finally picked out. He was knowledgeable, polite, and on time. He even offered to come to the house on his days off this week to meet with the landscaper.

In today’s world we don’t have many younger people with talent and manners and we just thought you would like to hear it.

We have put a down payment on the fence and are just waiting for the landscaper to give us a price and we will go from there.
